Registration Information

Kaleidoscope Corner Registration Information for 2011-2012 School Year!

Thank you for your interest in Kaleidoscope Corner.

All Registrations must be brought to the Main KC office.

Mitchell School Building at 1350 E. 33rd Ave. Denver Co, 80205.

Entrance to our main office is located on the NW corner facing Marion St. Enter through the secure doors of Mitchell school building. Go to Room 117, the KC main office.

Tuesday-Thursday- 8:00am-4:30pm

EARLY REGISTRATION FOR THE 2012-2013 SCHOOL YEAR WILL BE HELD IN MAY 2012.

FULL DETAILS WILL BE AVAILABLE APRIL 2012.

Important Facts to Know:

1. There are 2 different Registration Packets.

*Center Registration Packet- These progams are licensed for children ages 3-12.
School-Age Registration Packet-These programs are licensed for children ages 5-12.
Due to State of Colorado licensing regulations Kaleidoscope Corner is required to have copies of your child's Health Appraisal & Immunizations. These forms must be provided at the time of registration.
We cannot accept your registration packet without these documents.
In order to save time please come prepared when visiting our office to register.
Registrations for the 2011-2012 are accepted Monday from 8:00am-5:30pm and Tuesday-Thursday from 8:00am-4:30pm.
The School your child attend will determine which packet is required to complete.
Your child may start KC 3 school days after your registration packet has been accepted at the KC main registration office.

Please use the list below to determine which packet to complete. Schools below are CENTER Based programs and must complete the Center Registration Packet ONLY.

*Brown: Ages 4-12

*CEE at Knight: Ages 3-12

*Denison Elementary: Ages 3-12

*Dora Moore Elementary: Grades ECE-1st Only

*Gilpin Elementary: Ages 3-12

*Lincoln Elementary: Ages 3-12

*Roberts Elementary: Ages 4-12

*Sandoval Elementary: Ages 3-12

*Swigert-McAuliffe: Ages 4-12

*Valdez Elementary: Ages 3-12

*Westerly Creek: Ages 3-12

If the school your child attends IS NOT on the above list; then your school is considered a SCHOOL-AGE program and you must complete the SCHOOL-AGE Packet.

The Following Schools are full and have a waitlist. If you would like to be added to the waitlist please call (720) 424-8291.

Payments:

If you would like to cancel your payments through Tuition Express, please complete the Tuition Express Cancellation Form [pdf] and fax or mail to Mitchell.

Payments made by Check or Money Order must be received by the 20th of each month in order for your account to not be assessed a late fee of $25.00.

Please view the Payment Schedule for specific coverage periods of care, when tuition express is charged and other important facts.

Withdrawl from Kaleidoscope Corner:

If you chose to withdraw your child from Kaleidoscope Corner for any reason, you must complete the Withdrawal Form. Notice must be given one week in advance or your account will be charged for that week's care. A phone call or hand written letter will not be accepted. Please use the form provided. If you choose to re-enroll your child, there will be a $25.00 reinstatement fee. We cannot guarantee that space will be available.

Schedule Change

If you wish to change your child's daily attendance; please complete the schedule change form and submit 1 week prior in advance of the requested change.
