To make your registration an easy process.The 2009-2010 Registration Packet is available to download. Complete all forms and bring to Mitchell School building.

Friday: CLOSED
All registrations must be brought to the main office loacted at Mitchell 1350 E. 33rd Ave.

Once you have registered there will be a 3 day waiting period before the child/ren may begin the program(s) registered.
We do have several sites that have a wait list; please call the registration office if you woudl like to be placed on the waitlist.

Credit Card payments are not accepted over the telephone! Therefore, we strongly urge KC families to utilize the convenience of automatic payments through Tuition Express [pdf]. Your payment will be securely processed and give you the peace of mind that your tuition has been paid on time. Download the form, fill it out completely and bring it along with your registration paperwork to get started!
If you would like to cancel your payments through Tuition Express, please complete the Tuition Express Cancellation Form [pdf] and fax or mail to Mitchell.
Payments made by Check or Money Order must be received by the 20th of each month in order for your account to not be assessed a late fee of $25.00.
Withdrawl from Kaleidoscope Corner If you chose to withdraw your child from Kaleidoscope Corner for any reason, you must complete the Withdrawal Form [pdf] available online or at your KC site. Notice must be given one week in advance or your account will be charged for that week's care. A phone call or hand written letter will not be accepted. Please use the form provided. If you choose to re-enroll your child, there will be a $25.00 reinstatement fee. We cannot guarantee that space will be available.
